How to Study 5 hours a day for the PMP Exam while working on your Job!
Studying for the PMP exam can be very difficult. People complain about not finding enough time or attention to do so. What you need is a tactical study plan with various Praizion Media tools to get you on the right path to get as much study done as possible.
Share your plan with family, kids, spouse and concerned parties. Let them hold you accountable to deliver the final result (PMP Exam Success).
I did this for at least 3 months….which may have been a bit too long but I had great results! Follow the process to achieve success!
Monday – Friday (HOME-WORKPLACE STUDY TACTIC) – 5 hours a day immersion
- 6:00 – 7:00 Getting ready in the morning (Listening to a CD on PMBOK Guide Chapter4)
- 7:00 – 8:00 Commute to work (Listening to a CD on a second PMBOK Guide Chapter5)
- 9:00 – 12:00 WORK
- 12:00 – 12:30 Working Lunch – Read Chapter 4 of Project Management Essentials or attend a Praizion PMP Webinar
- 12:30 – 1:00 Study ITTO Science book/flashcards/PMP Cramsheets or use PMP Exam ManualFlashcards for chapter 4 and 5
- 1:00 – 5:00 WORK
- 5:00 – 5:30 Chillout time/stretch and relax/eat (STILL IN THE OFFICE – Go home at own risk)
- 5:30 – 7:00 Watch an online module on LMS/DVD/Project Management Essentials chapter 4 and 5/take online quizes in the office
- 7:00 – 8:00 Drive home Listen to a PMP Exam Audio Flashcards CD or ITTO Science Flashcards CD that (Recaps learnt concepts)
- 7:30 – 10:00 Unwind/relax/pray/meditate
- 10:00 – 11:00 Listen to easy to listen CD such as Project Management Battlefield
- 11:00 – 6:00 SLEEP
Saturday & Sunday (STUDY IN THE LIBRARY OR AT WORK)
- 10:00 – 5:00 Study in Library or back at work use Praizion Flashcards, Mock Exams, Quizzes, Lab work (stay refreshed with drinks and light snacks. Take short 5 minute breaks every 2 hours. Take MOCK Exam on a weekend
- 5:00 – 8:00 Unwind/relax/pray/meditate
- 8:00 – 10:00 (“Movie Night”) – Watch PMP Exam Bootcamp DVD
Other things to do:
- Use ITTO Whipper
- Have one 30 minute 1-1 with PMP Instructor
